GUIDE UNITS FOR PNEUMATIC CYLINDERS

Guide units are accessories and motion systems for ISO 15552 and ISO 6432 cylinders. They are used for handling very large loads at high speeds and when an outstanding level of positioning accuracy is required. They are widely and successfully used in many industrial sectors, especially in machine tool loading, packaging and packing, automation, robotics, handling and assembly.

Tekmatic supplies and manufactures linear motion systems and related accessories, suitable for use in combination with ISO cylinders and compact cylinders. We produce guide units in three different versions:

UGC > for limited loads and low speeds

UGHS > made with a plain bushings system and especially suitable for withstanding high levels of stress.

UGHR > made with ball-bearing bushings and especially suitable for withstanding high speeds of movement.
